Waiver and Release of Liability (Yes, it's that HOT!) REAPER -EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK

By ordering the reaper you are agreeing to our terms and conditions you agree to the REAPER Waiver and Release of Liability (this REAPER Release), due to its extremely hot nature, I acknowledge that eating Hot Chicken Run Reaper (the REAPER) carries with it the potential for certain risks, some of which may be reasonably foreseeable.

I acknowledge that eating the REAPER can cause me harm, including, but not limited to, bodily injury, property damage, emotional distress, or even death.

By agreeing to our terms and condition you agree to this REAPER Release, I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Altair Ventures LLC,  Hot Chicken Run and their respective franchisees, affiliates, members, managers, employees, agents, and representatives from all losses, claims, demands, liabilities, cause of action, or expenses, known or unknown, arising out of ordering and/or eating the REAPER. 

I hereby certify and confirm that I am 18 years of age or older, and that I have the legal capacity to sign this REAPER Release.
